So, as I go through this journey of living a healthier lifestyle, it's important to go through with challenging, yet attainable goals.  So, here are mine. Some will be completed, some will be added.  But the point is that I set them and do my best to accomplish them.

Initial Goals seT

May 11, 2016 (Phase 2) - by November 11, 2016

  • run 2-3 times per week (DONE by May 1st)
  • run a 5k by August 19th (3.1 miles)
  • lose 20 more pounds by November 11, 2016  (get to 225!)
  • get into size 36 pants! (woah, big goal!)
  • run 3.1 miles (5k) by November 11th (half way to 10k!) (currently able to but split up!)

August 19, 2015 (Phase 1)

  • work out cardio 3 times a week minimum (DONE by November 2015)
  • lose 55 lbs by May 19, 2016 (to be at 250 lbs) (DONE by April 10th 2015)
  • start jogging and running by May 19, 2016 (so I am low enough weight that it won't kill my knees!) (DONE by April 1st 2015)
  • have a cheat day once a week (this has proven to be the most successful way I have learned to keep a healthy eating lifestyle.) (DONE immediately haha)

RUNNING GOALS

  • Run 2-3 times per week (Doesn't change)
  • Run a mile straight
  • Run a 3k
    • 1.03 mile, .25 mi rest, 1.03 mile, .25 rest, 1.04 mile
    • 1.1 mile, .25 mi rest, 2 miles
    • 3.1 miles
    • Get time down to
  • Run a 10k
    • 2.07 miles, .25 rest, 2.07 miles, .25 mile, 2.07 miles
  • Run a half marathon
